Progress: Ground level concrete floors and walls are complete, concrete first floor being completed in October
Commercial retail space: Two commercial/retail spaces totaling approximately 6,000 sq. ft.. PCRI is currently negotiating with community-oriented businesses and non-profits who are interested in leasing the spaces.

Location: 1st location: 5254 N Williams Ave; 2nd location: 1531 N Blandena; additional sites to follow
Projected completion: Summer/fall 2018 for first homes, additional homes to follow in late 2018
Homes for purchase: 2- and 3-bedroom townhome-style homes with private patios for first-time buyers in PCRI’s homeownership program
Progress: Permits for five homes at the N Williams site are currently under review at the City of Portland. 6 homes at the N Blandena site will be submitted for a permit in fall 2017. Additional locations will follow, with some homes including different amenities such as off-street parking, larger yards or ADA accessibility.
